Not our house, thankfully.
But that was the message I saw this afternoon after asking our architect/builder for an update.
As I said, the rain is on its way and today there was a bit of a storm and the builder‘s temporary house will need a bit of rebuilding.
Going, going...
Gone!
The good news is no-one was hurt and the hut is easily fixed, although it will stop work until the storms pass. Hopefully back on track tomorrow.
The other good news is the builders do have some cover, as we now have a roof and some, but not all, walls.
The storm shows one thing - we need to build up foliage around the house quickly to give it a bit more protection from the wind, rain and sun.
It’s out there alone and it’s very exposed.
